Leadership

Tim Kenner, our President has an extensive background in strategic business development, marketing and sales, having previously been President of ATMI Innovations. Mr. Kenner has directed the private placement offerings of two start-up companies and was also an integral part of the strategic partner, merger and acquisition activities of these companies.

Mark Trotter, our CEO, brings to the Company a proven track record of success in the digital imaging industry. As co-founder of Photo Vend International he was responsible for taking the Company from -0- to $9 million in sales in two years and previously Celebrity Photo from -0- to $5 million in one year. He developed and directed the marketing and sales campaigns for these companies and has a 20-year history of proven entrepreneurial success with startup companies.

 
Strategy Highlights
The Company will achieve market share with aggressive online and offline media, marketing and promotional campaigns and will offset early negative cash flow with positive earnings from licensee revenue starting in the first quarter of 2001.
The Revenue Model
The Company should begin generating profits in the third quarter of 2001 and should add $5 million in sales revenue and generate $2 million in EBIT by the end of 2001. The big decision management faces is how to dial up and down media expenses – the single most costly component to the Company, but also the one that historically will maintain and increase market share. Thus, the Company can conservatively elect to spend a higher percentage of gross sales for market share, or it can rely upon licensee sales activity to maintain sales, diminishing media expenses and accumulating larger profits. The answer now is to spend what is necessary to capture a 25% market share in the shortest time frame and then grow at a steady compound rate from there. Mark Trotter the CEO has had prior success in building this process and managing growth.
 
Strategy for High Sales Volume
The Fast Impressions strategy of appointing licensees in every major market will drive the sales volume significantly by empowering hundreds of vested representatives. This strategy will appeal to national and local advertisers because it provides for unparalleled economies of scale and quality control that couldn’t possibly be achieved on a national or international scale.

We define Fast Impressions Inc. as a marketing and data base company and choose not to invest in a plant or equipment, but rather to rely on a strong vendor partner and a potential network of 3M licensees controlling the printing, production and installation with excellent and proven project management. Digital Pro Graphics, with a long history of success in the digital printing industry, contractually produces and oversees the installation of the vehicle wraps and ensures quality control and customer satisfaction. We equate the quality of our products and services with brand equity.
Use of Funds / Exit Strategy
Fast Impressions is poised for explosive growth within the next year, and with investor support the Company can reach its goals even sooner. As licensees increase exponentially, here’s what will happen:

Initial critical mass and achievement of projected market share will start to drive the revenue volume, the category awareness will reach peak levels as more wrapped vehicles hit the streets of the world. The more wrapped cars and trucks that are in the market the more the category grows and more licensees come on board.

This is viral marketing at its best, and this growth is what positions companies for strategic acquisition or even allows the Company to issue an Initial Public Offering. This is consistent with similar valuations in the outdoor advertising industry where companies are typically worth 2-3 times current gross annual sales, and the Company may be able to command a similar value as early as the middle of next year.
